LEARN
Upcoming Workshops
Join us at The Pomegranate Boutique in Midtown Sacramento on Fridays at noon for our 90-minute wellness workshop series, led by a rotating group of experienced practitioners. Each month introduces a new theme designed to support your well-being and invite you to explore diverse healing modalities that nourish the mind, body, and soul. Most workshops run from 12:00–1:30 pm (with the exception of special seasonal events like our Spring Solstice Sound Healing).
Bring your shopping bag—before or after the workshop, you’ll have the chance to browse and shop at this beautiful women-owned boutique. We’ll also have raffle prizes at each workshop (announced in attendee emails), with examples including a one-month membership to Team Ride or a $50 gift card to The Pomegranate Boutique.
We’ll provide light snacks and beverages—though not a full lunch—so feel free to bring your own meal to enjoy during the session. Come as you are, stay to connect with community, and immerse yourself in practices that encourage balance and renewal. Some workshops may suggest bringing comfort items such as a yoga mat, blanket, or pillows, and we’ll send reminders beforehand so you know what to expect.
Please note: in rare cases of very low registration, a workshop may be canceled (with at least 48 hours’ notice). All ticket sales are final, though if you’re unable to attend, we’re happy to share the workshop materials with you. In the event of an emergency, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Self-Reiki & Gratitude
A Fall Equinox Sound Journey
Celebrate the Fall Equinox with a workshop designed to restore balance, deepen self-care, and connect with the healing power of gratitude. Reiki practitioners Amy Koss and Steffanie Greer will guide you through accessible Reiki techniques you can practice on yourself, along with gratitude exercises that ground and open the heart. These simple, effective tools support emotional balance, energetic clarity, and a stronger sense of inner peace.
To close, you’ll experience a soothing sound healing session where you’ll have the opportunity to practice your self-Reiki in real time. This is a beautiful way to integrate your new skills while resting into the vibrations of sound.
Please note: this is not a Reiki attunement and participants will not be receiving Reiki from others. Instead, you’ll learn self-Reiki methods that can be used anytime as part of your own daily self-care practice.
