What You’ll Learn
Your lymphatic system is one of the body’s most powerful—yet often overlooked—detox pathways. When it flows freely, it supports hormone balance, reduces inflammation, and strengthens immunity. In this workshop, Amy Koss and Steffanie Greer will guide you through practices that encourage lymphatic drainage and help the body release what no longer serves it.
We’ll begin with a mini anatomy lesson to identify the body’s major lymph nodes and understand the direction of lymph flow. From there, you’ll explore hands-on techniques—including self-massage, dry brushing, and other simple tools—that can be incorporated into your self-care routine to keep your lymphatic system healthy and moving.
Amy will also share how food and holistic detox practices support your body’s natural cleansing systems, with insights into:
Foods that nourish the liver, kidneys, and heart, along with the vitamins that fuel them
Anti-inflammatory foods that reduce stress on the body
Safe approaches to fasting and cleansing, including colon, parasite, and mold cleanses
Kambo as a traditional, ceremonial cleansing practice
Together, we’ll weave these tools into a practical, empowering framework that supports both daily wellness and long-term vitality. You’ll leave with hands-on techniques, nutritional insights, and a deeper understanding of how to keep your body’s natural detox system flowing.
Please bring what you need for comfort—such as a yoga mat, pillows, eye mask, and blanket—so you can fully relax during the hands-on practice.
