What You’ll Learn
Psychedelic medicines are gaining recognition as powerful tools for healing, self-discovery, and heart-opening experiences. In this experiential workshop, Dr. Caron Nogen, a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist, will introduce the science and practice of psychedelic-assisted therapy, highlighting how it can support emotional healing, resilience, and self-love.
You’ll also be guided through a session of holotropic breathwork — a powerful, non-ordinary state of consciousness technique that uses intentional breathing to unlock clarity, release emotional blocks, and expand awareness. This practice offers a safe and accessible way to experience some of the benefits of psychedelic work without medicine.
In this workshop, you will:
Learn how psychedelic-assisted therapy can support emotional and spiritual growth
Explore self-love as a foundation for deeper healing and connection
Experience holotropic breathwork in a guided group setting
Leave with tools for integrating self-love into your daily life
Perfectly timed for Valentine’s season, this workshop invites you to show yourself the same love, compassion, and acceptance that you so freely give to others.
